Chernobyl Children Lifeline, CCLL. Information
Since 1986
7 million people have been affected of which half are children.
In Belarus alone almost 500,000 children are victims of the Chernobyl accident.
Host families in Dundee and Angus take two children for one month in the Summer and/or one month over Christmas and the New year. Good food, good air, good optical, dental and medical, care is said to add at least two years to their lives.
Support families are available to help the host families during the childrens' visits. The ages range from 7 to 11.
Events, activities, outings and rest days are planned beforehand. More volunteer Host/Support families are needed. Contact Mr. Graeme Robbie Tel:- 07880553928
